TicketSearch North America is pleased to announce the promotion of Devon Danté Daniels to Regional Business Development Manager.

In his new role, Mr. Daniels will be responsible for identifying new markets, determining an organization’s box office operational needs, and providing insight on how the TicketSearch system can be leveraged to improve revenue. He will help TicketSearch grow within Guyana, the Caribbean, and Southeastern United States.

Since joining TicketSearch in 2021 as the Senior Product Support Specialist, Mr. Daniels consistently proved himself as a valuable addition to the team. He has demonstrated experience in executive customer services, client relations, and sales development. He’s been an asset in promoting the company’s products and services while building solid, lasting relationships and providing support for clients.

Not long after starting with TicketSearch North America, Mr. Daniels’ hard work and determination earned him the role of Product Support Manager. His aptitude for simplifying complex situations and problem-solving saw him successfully bridge gaps between system operations and learning & development. He’s provided fast, thorough, and intuitive support for TicketSearch customers along with streamlining client implementation, training processes, and building the system knowledgebase.
